Prior to founding StratiCore, Gregg held positions at several leading REITs and private equity firms, where he developed deep expertise in acquisitions, leasing, and asset management across major U.S. markets.
At STAG Industrial, he served as an Acquisitions Officer with a focus on industrial assets in the Midwest and
Mid-Atlantic regions. During his tenure, he sourced, structured, and closed five transactions totaling $292.5
million, encompassing seven buildings and 2.6 million square feet.
Prior, Gregg oversaw leasing and asset management for Link Logistics’ Northern California portfolio. He
successfully completed 215 leases totaling 5.3 million square feet and $157.6 million in total consideration.
Earlier in his career, Gregg held an asset management role at Coastal Ridge, where he supported
performance initiatives across a diverse portfolio, and began his real estate career at DDR Corp. (SITE
Centers Corp.) as a management trainee, gaining foundational exposure to REIT operations, leasing, and
retail asset management.
Gregg holds an MBA from the University of Florida’s Hough Graduate School of Business and a bachelor’s
degree from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business.
As Chief Executive Officer of StratiCore, Gregg oversees firm-wide operations, with a focus on strategic
direction, client relationships, and the consistent delivery of high-quality service across all business lines.
Prior to co-founding StratiCore, Jake was an investment sales broker at Walker & Dunlop, where he
successfully closed over $650 million in institutional and middle-market multifamily transactions across
Southern California and underwrote more than $4.5 billion across 90 assets.
Before W&D, Jake worked at a prominent family office in Newport Beach, overseeing the acquisition and
management of a nationwide real estate portfolio. He underwrote $3.5 billion in deals and built proprietary
models across all major and niche asset types—including multifamily, industrial, retail, assisted living,
hospitality, office, mobile home parks, and self-storage.
Prior to that, Jake was one of the first seven hires on the West Region team at LINK Logistics, Blackstone’s
logistics platform, alonside partner Gregg. As sole analytical support for a 100 million square foot portfolio
west of Denver, he managed a wide range of assets—from class A industrial to some of the nation’s
largest business parks.
Jake holds a degree from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. While at USC,
he was a Division I Men’s Water Polo athlete and member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity.
As CIO and Head of Analytics at StratiCore, Jake leads the firm’s analytical initiatives—designing and
maintaining institutional-grade underwriting models and overseeing full product delivery for our clients.
Prior to co-founding StratiCore, Gunner held roles at Credence Commercial Realty and Rockford Homes and
later launched his own residential investment firm, building a foundation of experience across brokerage,
homebuilding, and entrepreneurship.
Most recently, Gunner founded All50homebuyer, a residential investment firm that surpassed $2 million in
transaction volume within its first year. He leveraged nearly a decade of real estate experience to launch and scale the business in a highly competitive and volatile housing market.
Before that, Gunner served as a New Home Sales Representative at Rockford Homes, where he sold more
than 50 homes and generated over $30 million in transaction volume. In this role, he guided buyers through
the entire sales process, from contract to close, while managing both the construction and design teams,
ensuring timely delivery.
Gunner began his real estate career at Credence Commercial Realty, his family’s brokerage. He focused on
site selection for national retail expansion and completed over $10 million in transaction volume.
As Chief Marketing Officer at StratiCore, Gunner leads the firm’s strategic marketing efforts—overseeing
brand positioning, driving client acquisition, and managing the onboarding experience to ensure
long-term client success
